With customized workouts, progress tracking, and your coach’s guidance, we’ll ensure your training is structured, effective, and aligned with your lifestyle. Training progress is a gradual process, therefore a 3-month minimum commitment is recommended.
Choose to either pay-by-the-month or the 12, 16, 20, or 24 week program for a discounted monthly rate when paid upfront. Once you choose a run coaching package, keep an eye on your inbox! Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a comprehensive questionnaire designed to delve into your running journey, injury history, goals, and current activity level.
Plan includes:
Personalized 12, 16, 20, or 24 week running program
Weekly email check ins and adjustments to plan
Guidance on strength training, core strengthening and mobility exercises
Unlimited chat via text or email
All sales are final. NO REFUNDS. If you become injured or need to cancel for other reasons during your training cycle, you may put the training on hold. Unused weeks will roll over to future training plans.
